Responsibilities:

• Establish company quality policy/strategy;
• Propose and execute annual quality plan;
• Build up quality SOP;
• Work with R&D to develop quality spec. for new products;
• Assist production to solve quality issues;
• Fulfill full compliance of requirements of FDA,GMP,ISO;
• Respond to customer complaint solving quality issues;
• Deal with audits from FDA, custom, and customers;
• Recruit team members, evaluate performance with KPI;
• Provide training for production and team members;
• Improve inspection methods, efficiency;
• Initiate cost reduction in quality operations.

Education background:

• Bachelor degree or up in biology, chemistry,or pharmacy;
• Fluent English to communicate with America/Europe customers;
• 3 years or up experience on leading quality department;
• More than 5 years of experience in the cosmetics industry.
