岗位职责： 1. Set-up or assist in the set-up of tests in work shop. Tests are required in order to verify if new materials and components are useful. 在车间设置或协助设置测试。协助部件的车间测试，以验证新材料和新元件能否满足公 司产品需要。 2. Proper use of instruments like simulation software in R&D office. Simulations are required in order to design new products to be manufactured by the Company. 正确使用软件模拟，使模拟成果应用于设计新产品并生产。 3. Assist in offering acceptance report of defective products to Quality Control Department in case of emergency. 紧急情况下协助顾问向品质部对有瑕疵的产品出具可验收报告。 4. Design special parts for customer or modify drawings upon customer special requirement with own knowledge or following instruction of R&D Counselor. 为客户设计特殊零部件或者根据个人经验和研发顾问的指导按照客户特殊要求修改设 计。 5. Keep good order in the office and in the workshop. Put all files in order. 保持办公场所、车间以及存档文件的良好次序。 6. Communication with Production, Service, Design, and Purchasing Department in a timely manner. 与生产部、售后部、设计部、采购部及时沟通。 7. Follow up activities of improvement and cost reduction 开展持续改善和降低成本的工作。 8. Calculate and analyze possible advantages/disadvantages in changing supplier or geometry or material or manufacturing method. 在改变供应商、材料或制造方法方面分析可能存在的优缺点，并得出最适合的方案。 Job Requirement: ? Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in design and R& D area, has experience in developing some simple new products 2 年以上设计和研发领域工作经验，研发过小型新产品 ? Has knowledge of mechanical, physical and thermal aspects of hot runner system. 了解热流道系统的机械、物理和热原理等方面的知识 ? Has knowledge of simulation and design software 熟悉模拟和设计软件 ? Good communication skills in English and Chinese 良好的中英文沟通能力 ? Inclination to manual work in tool shop like assembly, etc. 爱好车间手工操作，如装配等
