职责描述：

1、研究市场和行业最新动态，协助制定公司新项目拓展目标并实施；

1. To study the latest developments in the market and industry, and to assist in formulating and implementing the company's new project development objectives;

• To study the basic workings of a pharmaceutical industry
• Read and update management on healthcare policies in China

2、能协助从药学等方面评估，并初筛出符合公司发展的项目；

2. Be able to assist in pharmaceutical evaluation and screening out projects in line with the company's development.

• Review and analyze contracts for project, working on execute the contracts.

3、新产品、新项目的协助推进协调工作。

3. Assist in the coordination of new products and projects.

• Assist in translation (verbal and written) from Chinese to English and vice versa

任职要求：

1、生物、医药相关专业硕士以上学历；

• Master’s degree in English with keen interest in sciences;
• Or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology or similar discipline;

2、对生物医药BD有热情，工作主动性好，优秀的跨部门协调合作能力；

• Shows initiative and curiosity for the biopharmaceutical industry;
• Have good initiative and excellent ability of cross-sectoral coordination and cooperation;
• Good interpersonal skill; Pleasing personality
• Possesses cross-cultural awareness and is able to adapt appropriately
• Possesses leadership qualities and lead teammates

3、能接受出差，英语优、沟通流利（必备）。

• Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work well with foreign managers
• Ability to travel
