Job Description Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of various training programs and business-related activities, including new employee orientation, corporate university training curriculum.
  • Provide on-site program support which includes coordination with instructor(s), monitoring program modifications, room set-up, materials distribution, etc.
  • Execute annual training planning process and administrate learning management system tasks accordingly
  • Track learning records and develop learning analytic reports; review and analyze participant and instructor program feedback with a focus on how the program might be improved from an implementation perspective;
  • Responsible for course/program budgeting, expensing and payment under training managers’ guide.
  • Plan and implement employee communication about learning related activities
  • Take part in ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements




  • University graduate; majoring in Business Administration / HR or related fields preferred, but not a must;
  • 0 to 2 years of working experience;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Photoshop Application is plus;
  • Mature, reliable & ability to work independently;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Ability to handle multitask and work under tight schedule;
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Attention to details
