Food labeling is subject to increasingly complex regulations around the world. In order to increase the expertise on the regulation for each target country and support the monitoring activity of the several sources, Mérieux NutriSciences Labeling & Regulatory Services Division is creating an international network of Qualified Experts in many countries all over the world.

We are looking for increase a Food specialist to be located in China in Shanghai to be hired and providing labeling and regulatory update services for Chinese and international market.

我们正在中国上海招募一名食品专家，来提供中国以及国际市场标签和法规更新服务。

Job Duties工作职责:

The Expert will work in the Lab Operation department of Merieux NutriSciences China and he/she will be in touch with Mérieux NutriSciences Labeling & Regulatory Services network. He/she will deliver the services by e-mail and will also keep contacts by phone and/or web conference.

候选人将任职于梅里埃营养科学中国的实验室运营部门，会与梅里埃营养科学标签和法规服务网络联系。工作中会通过邮件和网络会议来提供服务以保持联系。

The services to be provided are:

• Regulatory support and legislation data base update timely,
• Labeling reviews and translations to comply with China national regulations,
• Consulting and regulatory advice upon request of client,
• Generate articles of food safety regulations according to gov.’s announcement and updating,
• Cooperate with overseas affiliate colleagues well.

提供的服务包括：

• 法规技术支持以及数据库及时更新
• 根据中国相关国家标准完成标签审核、翻译等工作
• 按客户需求提供咨询和法规建议
• 根据政府公告以及法规更新撰写文案
• 与国外分公司同事保持良好合作与沟通

An IT tool will be developed to guarantee regular updates and consistence of services:

• Access to a regulatory database for feeding, sending of alerts, abstracts writing (in English),
• Use, feeding and updating of a lexical database,
• Product and label conformity report on pre-filled forms.

IT工具将用来保证固定更新和服务的一致性：

• 固定数据库建立、警报发送和摘要撰写的通道
• 使用、建立和更新词汇数据库
• 按照预先填写的表单，对产品和标签提供整合报告

Accuracy and timeliness are essential in performing the services.

Job Specification任职资格:

Bachelor or above in Technical-scientific background (food technologist, food engineer, chemist, biologist...)

本科及本科以上，食品技术，食品工程等相关背景

Language level 语言水平：

Fluent English, written and spoken required

Local food regulatory expertise

熟悉国内食品法规

Bachelor degree, with more than 3 years relevant working experience is a plus.

Ability to provide regulatory support and legislation update

Ability to provide labeling review for compliance with the country regulations

按照国家相关法律，能提供标签检查

Ability to operate office software well, such as Word/Excel/PPT and etc. l
