岗位职责：根据集团公司战略目标，制定年度研发方向，新产品和技术改造年度计划，供领导班子研究确定；负责ISO体系相关文件的修订、落实，对应内审、外审、管理评审；负责制定部门工作标准、管理标准、技术标准的建立；负责部门标准化文件检查，5S检查、安全检查及公司级检查不符合项整改落实；负责部门的MBO目标的月度、年度总结，并上报达成情况；组织实施经集团公司批准的项目，安排、协调各项目组的任务分配；跟踪项目负责人的项目进展情况，做好研发中心的年终考核工作；组织集团公司专利技术，国家、政府政策支持的项目申报工作；负责组织进口设备减免税的申报工作；负责企业对外、内部技术交流、校企结合的组织工作；组织做好各类技术信息和资料收集、整理、分析、研究汇总、归档保管及保密工作；组织搜集行业技术信息，了解行业产品发展方向，掌握最新前沿技术；组织同生产、经营、质检、动力、工艺组部门沟通，落实具体项目跨部门工作的执行；负责各子公司技术改造的信息的提取、立项、组织、结项工作；组织各项目组具体新产品方案制定、技术改造问题的分析与解决，并监督实施过程；负责新产品及技术改造开发所用原料或设备采购审核；负责审核试验 ，监督产品开发、技术革新等有关项目的执行；负责本部门及其他部门的技术培训实施工作；组织集团月度创新例会，及其纪要落实过程跟踪；审核各组申请的立项、试验、结项等。
