? In this job, you will be working in one of the coolest JLL offices in Shanghai which has a co-working environment for flexible, agile and productive collaboration.
? As a B2B marketer at JLL, you would need to:
1. To enhance the market reputation of specific business lines, particularly JLL Markets, Industrial and Capital Markets services through strategic planning and deployment of public relations, marketing and communications programs; and to facilitate and enhance internal communications.
2. Working closely with business line team leaders as well as marketing teams to plan and execute all marketing initiatives that support the business goals and growth strategies in China.

Strategic Planning
? Understands the business environment with an ability to identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies and campaigns
? Liaises with business line leaders to drive strategy for targeted marketing and new business activities, develop plans and collaborates as needed
? Able to plan, develop and well-execute strategic, integrated marketing communications plans, budget and measurable targets for the specified geographic market, positioning JLL as an thought leader and trusted adviser to clients
? Works closely with marketing team members in respective markets to drive synergy across East China and China (cross business and cross border initiatives)
Marketing Communication
? Produces timely content to properly promote your responsible business lines across different internal and external channels, i.e corporate website, social media, press release, client newsletter and internal newsletter etc.
? Organizes all media and client events, ensuring our objectives are met and the events receive high marks from both internal and external attendees
? Ensures that business lines are equipped with professionally produced and targeted collateral / presentations to support their business development efforts
? Identifies targeted speaking opportunities for business leaders
? Ensures that leadership profiling, new assignments, significant transactions, research and other newsworthy items are actively pitched to the media and our “highest share of voice” position is maintained
? Arranges draft press releases, distributes to target media and follows up with media
? Works with marketing leaders to build media relations with relevant trade and business media (broadcast, print and online media)
? Effectively identifies and manages outside resources and vendors, with an understanding of creative services, printing and production
? Monitors and updates business line highlights for internal communications
? Updates and monitors business line highlights on website pages
Brand Management
? Ensures that all marketing, communication and business development activities are consistent with JLL’s brand image and graphics standards program
