JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a trading company, based in Shanghai, specialized in sourcing and supply chain services. Currently, we are working on a long-term project for packaging and stationery products, which is the reason why we are expanding our sourcing team.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in the sourcing of different types of packaging and stationery products, in and outside China.
• Assist in factories inspections, cargo inspections and related.

- Assist in preparing quotations, shipping documents and project related documents - Compile business documents and set up proper records and systems

• Other job responsibilities as assigned from time to time as per request.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, professional, at least 3-5 years relevant experience in the packaging industry, preferable with working experience in factory or international trading company, export & import company
• Design programs knowledge is a plus.
• Native Chinese speaker with good command of verbal and written English or Spanish
• Good computer skills, especially excel and ppt
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Independent to handle the job on timely manner
• Be meticulous, highly organized and have lots of initiative
• High sense of responsibility, honest, hardworking, comprehensive and pleasant
