**Responsibilities**

1、Based on thorough understanding of proficiency standard/test rubric (CEFR/CSE/IELTS/TOEFL), decompose proficiency can-do statement, organize into test framework and task specification, supervise item writer in item development process.

2、Maintain and manage test content (items) and associated elements throughout the lifecycle for accuracy, quality, validity and style guide adherence.

3、Adhere to established QC processes and guidelines, ensuring accuracy of test content components and item set selection per specs, psychometric input and scoring parameters.

4、Internal Communication: Work with members of testing services teams and other company teams, providing timely & complete input on reports, documentation, projects, teams, meetings and process improvements. Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred

+ Experience as test developer/instruction designer, related coursework, or direct applicable experience

+ Demonstrated ability to thrive in a demanding, goal-oriented environment

+ Initiative and troubleshooting

+ Passionate about quality and attention to detail (e.g., proofreading)

+ Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

+ Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to learn a variety of technical systems and applications
