Job Description
Mission
- Describe the principal mission of the position
- Support TD for the daily affairs
Responsibilities
- Highlight the main responsibilities
- Responsible for the recruitment arrangement
- Responsible for preparing the NIP/JD/Probation form for the weekly new comer
- Assist in updating JD, nomination and o-chart updated and so on
- Assist in probation procedure(filter name list/confirm with hiring N+1/probation interview arrangement)
- Support all the transfer process, documents follow up and integration follow up etc.
Education/Training
- What education and education level are necessary for the position?

College or above
Professional Experience
- How many years of professional experience in a specific professional area are required for the position?
- Major in HR and English is preferred
- Good English Communication skills.
Languages
- English ( reading, listening and speaking)
