1. Manage and guide the daily work of the laboratory, such as analysis work arrangement, calibration, maintenance of laboratory equipment and procurement of laboratory equipment and consumables.

2. Establish and update laboratory test methods and operating procedures, including chemical and physical performance tests, and train personnel.

3. Define the quality control plan and ensure its implementation.

4. Manage and guide incoming material and finished product testing.

5. Manage and guide the evaluation and report of industrial test products.

6. Manage and guide the evaluation of special products in the market.

7. Guide the calibration and management of measuring instruments and equipment.

8. Guide and inspect quality inspection reports.

9. Make regular statistical analysis of test results and form reports, analyze and report quality problems and promote improvement.

10. Daily management of lab 5S and HSE.

任职要求：

1.Bachelor or above

2.Industry Analysis/Chemical Instrument Analysis

3.Good skill on the Microsoft office operation.

4.More than 5 years working experience, at least 3 years lab management working experience, especial for chemical lab.

5. Familiar with chemical instrument analysis like GC, LC, MS, AAS, ICP, IR Spectrometer and so on, has the work experience for test instruments purchasing, testing method set up and daily management.

6. Familiar with quality management tools such as SPC, MSA….

7. No color blind or color weakness.
