Job Description

The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance to department head, and also for assigned project(s) and project teams with guidance. Will ensure all work is conducted in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices, good clinical practices and applicable regulatory requirements and meets quality and timeline metrics.

Key responsibilities

? Manage and implement daily administration activities, including office supplies purchasing and admin reimbursement

? Responsible for daily management of vendors and expense settlement

? Responsible for the goods receiving, acceptance checking and requisition

? Create the fixed assets ID and inform the related department

? In charge of verification and register of the fixed assets

? Manage and maintain the fixed assets by category

? Manage and planning office working area and to build a comfortable office environment

? Support Department Head for business travel, calendar management and team building activity.

? Other administration duties as assigned


Qualifications

? Bachelor degree, minimal 2 years working experience in related field.

? Enthusiastic and results oriented attitude; detail oriented; strong organizational skills

? Effective communication skills; excellent spoken and written Chinese and English

? Experienced in and comfortable with IT and Knowledge Management tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.

? Working experience in administration department.

? Good team player

? Open attitude, Willing to meet challenges
