• Daily Operation related job for Sea Import shipment
• Make sure Opeation job handled correctly and timely.
• Response for any inquiry from sales and oversea, then quote within 24 hours
• Buy transport insurance if required
• Data input timely & completely
• Issue invoice / debit note correctly and timely
• Book oversea invoice on timely.
• Collect payment on time
• Strictly follow company policies, rules, standard operation procedure (SOP) and working instruction
• Other duties assigned by superiors
