Technical Product Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:

?Provide a prompt, professional and accurate technical service to customer in the area of product divisions Acoustics/ Sensors and Cockpit (interior / exterior). ?To take ownership of customers, to develop relationships and offer advice in all technical affairs of the customer

? Demonstrate high level of customer orientation by excellent technical presentation of all relevant paragon products

?Generate new business for paragon products by effective contact management of the technical representatives of potential customers

?Responsible for handling technical queries from customers from initial query through to solution/advice ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level

? Fulfill QM activities as requested by the customer

?Documentation aligned with audit guidelines: Creating and maintaining accurate information on the central database/files to ensure follow up/future customer or official authorities audits

?Fostering excellent communication between all technical teams of paragon worldwide to ensure best service standards for key customers

Experience and qualifications required:

? University degree in telecommunication engineering or similar field of expertise, acoustics in an advantage

? Min. of 3-5 years as a field service engineer or technical manager, ideally in the automotive industry

? Proven skills in application of micro-electronic devices, specially of sensor element are an advantage

? Speaking and writing skills: Chinese (native), English (fluent), German is an advantage

? General understanding of automotive Quality Systems

? Ability to work to tight deadlines and loyalty incl. a high level of confidentiality
