工作职责:
Key Responsibilities:
1. 严格遵守标准操作程度(SOP);
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP);
2. 接受和确认供应商的订舱;
Acceptance and confirming bookings to vendors;
3. 准确地执行承运人分配;
Accurate carrier allocation;
4. 为供应商提供优良的客户服务水准;
Good customer service level rendered to vendors;
5. 及时发出货运代理人收讫货物证明(FCR);
Timely FCR release;
6. 及时处理和分派文件;
Timely documentation updates and dispatch;
7. 保持优化或最大化集装箱使用率。
Optimal/maximizing container utilization rates.
职位要求:
Specific Requirements for the Position:
1. 大专及以上学历;专业不限
University (preferred) or College degree;
2. 优良的沟通技巧和英文水平(书写及口语);英语四级以上优先;
Good written and oral English; CET-4 Above will be preferred;
3. 高度责任感,工作态度积极,有团队意识;
Export logistics operational experience is preferred;
4. 可以在压力下工作;
Ability to work under pressure.
5. 至少有4年以上的相关工作经验。
