Job Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis: Independently deliver quality analysis and develop an in-depth understanding of large datasets in a timely manner; Apply various techniques for profiling, pattern identification and feature extraction, etc.
2. Scoring Models: Track and update the predictive models including application, behavior and collection scorecards.
3. Documentation Preparation: Documents related to scorecard development and implementation, credit risk policy management, etc. to showcase the associated benefits and convince the related internal and external audience.
4. Communications: Ensure clear & effective lines of communication with relevant business units.
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
1. Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, and Finance preferred, graduate degree is a plus.
2. Good analytical, numerical, problem solving skills.
3. Good technical skill on SAS is a must, SQL is a plus.
4. Good understanding of retail portfolios (auto loans/mortgage/credit cards/consumer lending. etc.).
5. Hands-on experience on modelling, retail portfolio analysis.
6. Team player with can-do attitude.

2. 评分卡模型:对申请评分卡、行为评分卡及催收评分卡等预测模型进行监测和更新。
3. 文档准备:准备评分卡开发实施过程、信用风险政策管理等技术文档,供内外部利益相关者了解并确信相关成果。
4. 沟通:能够确保与各相关部门清楚有效地沟通。
任职要求:
1. 本科学历,倾向于数学,统计,计量经济学,金融学等相关专业,研究生学历优先。
2. 具备良好的分析、问题解决能力,对数字敏感。
3. 具备良好的SAS技术,具备 SQL能力更佳。
4. 对于零售资产组合(车贷/房贷/信用卡/消费贷等)具备一定的了解。
5. 具备建模、零售资产分析的实践经验。
6. 良好的团队合作能力,工作态度积极进取。
