JOB DESCRIPTION,

1)Experienced senior fashion designer for a western design, Middle East Womens fashion brand;

2)After design approval as been given then the successful applicant would need to work closely with the GZ office merchandiser team to develop all samples ready for collection presentation;

3)The role is to daily work with the head designers and creative director who are based in our head office, via email and WeChat to develop and design women fashion collections;

4) work closely with the GZ office merchandiser team to develop all samples ready for collection presentation;

5)Experience working with an international brand not essential but would be a bonus;

6)Directly reporting to the Head designers/Creative Director in Kuwait and the China country manager in Guangzhou;

7)Position is based in the Guangzhou office, with the possibility to travel in Asia region, for shopping/research trips.? Possibility to travel to Middle East region for collection presentation.

REQUIREMENT:

1) Possess over 5 years fashion design experience preferably for an international/oversees brand;

2) Diploma or degree in Fashion design,oversees study is preferred;

3)Fluent English both spoken and written is a must;

4) With strong sense of fashion trend, materials, fabric;

5) Be creative, passionate and enthusiastic for fashion;

6) Proficiency in using Mac or PC design software including Illustrator and Photoshop;

7) Possibility for traveling in Kuwait /Asia region (2 times per year);
