• Each professional engineers are responsible for daily safety, schedule, cost and quality management.

• Compile tendering document, Review the bids technically and communicate deviations

编制招标文件，审查标书技术偏差及沟通差异

• Check design drawing and technical requirements, check concept design and detailed design workshop, unfinished list.

审核设计图纸和技术要求，审查概念设计及详细设计研讨会，未完事宜清单。

• Manage all site construction, report all problems from construction to BBA in time.

管理所有现场施工活动，及时向业主及项目总监汇报所有施工产生的各类问题。

• Coordinate construction interface issues with each project partners.

协调与项目相关各参建方的施工界面问题。

• According to the BBA require participate in meetings organized by the parties, including but not limited to: project meeting, project meeting with contractor, project meeting with technology, meetings with BBA and other special meetings.

根据业主需要参加各方组织的会议包括但不限于：项目界面会议、与承包商的项目例会、与工艺的项目例会、与业主的项目例会及其他专项会议。

• Daily site check, progress check, cooperate with the supervision engineer and assist the quality team to rectify the problem.

每日现场检查，巡视进度、并协助质量小组进行问题整改。

• Work with area managers, BBA and cost controls, evaluate the impact of changes on construction schedules and costs, and give guiding advice.

同区域经理、业主及费用控制一同评估变更对施工进度及费用的影响，并给出指导性建议。

• If claim occurs, provide the solution.

如发生索赔，要给出解决方案。

• Take photos and videos of important construction sites and milestones and submit them to each individual documented archive.

针对重要的施工部位及里程碑要拍照片及视频并交给各单体文控存档。

• After construction complete, according to the BBA's internal CAH process, make, modify and handover plan, track progress in time.

施工完成后，根据业主内部CAH流程，编制调试移交计划并实时跟踪进度，确保项目顺利完成移交。

任职要求

二级建造师及以上 Class II constructor certificate and above -

参与大型厂房项目经验不低于6年

Participated in large plant projects with more than 6 years’ experience -

流利的英文/中文书写及口语能力， 大学英语4级

Fluent English / Chinese for both oral and writing, CET4 or above -

良好的人际沟通及团队管理能力

Good communications and team management ability - 具有BBA项目管理经验或中级工程师以上者优先

Experienced in BBA project management and Class 2 constructor certificate first -

具有BIM项目经验优先
