岗位职责：

Specific Responsibilities:

1. 负责排除硬件、软件、操作系统的异常，在不影响/违反硬件保修或安全合规性要求的情况下解决问题；

Responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software,operating system issues and problems, fixing the issues without impacting /violating the hardware warranty or security compliance requirements;

2. 负责终端设备的维护与技术支持，包括但不限于监控设备、键盘、鼠标、打印机、传真机、扫描仪、路由器、电话机；

Responsible for terminal equipment maintenance and technical support, including butnot limited to CCTV, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners,routers, telephone

3. 负责处理网络异常，并解决网络布线等相关问题；

Troubleshoot issues with networks and troubleshooting &resolving issues related to network cabling;

4. 其他上级领导安排的工作。

Other matters assigned by the superiors.

任职要求：

Job Requirements:

1. 计算机、信息管理系统或相关专业本科学历，至少 1年IT相关工作经验；

Bachelor's degree major in Computer Science, MIS or similar,at least 1 years of IT experience;

2. 具备Windows系统、Apple Mac、Linux操作经验；

Experienced with Windows Desktops, Apple MAC & Linuxdevices;

3. 企业局域网和广域网设置概念的基本知识，TCP/IP网络、DNS、DHCP、VPN和RDP的使用知识；

Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups andconcepts，Usage Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS,DHCP, VPN, and RDP;

4. 具备分析重复异常和制定预防措施方面的经验；

Experienced in repeat issue analysis and developingpreventive actions;

5. 对工作充满热情，能够在截止日期内工作，并按时完成任务，对工作积极主动并具有紧迫感；

Really passionate about the work, ability to work withdeadlines and complete tasks on-time., takes proactive ownership and works withsense of urgency;

6. 良好的英语口头及书面沟通能力。（俄罗斯籍直属上司）
