Responsibilities -

• Physical Inventory and Cycle Count Coordination with Finance, Operations (Report Monthly).

• Maintain Inventory Accuracy between SanDisk ERP and CM ERP.

• Manage ERP-to-ERP Inventory reconciliation & discrepancy resolution.

• Detail comments "root & cause” if line item discrepancies exist.

• Inventory Adjustments and Co-ordination with Finance.

• Facilitate SAP Enhancements within the Inventory Management Areas (Prefer to have SAP experience in PP & MM module).

• Understand & enhance B2B mapping, Location mapping, Transaction mapping, and Part number mapping.

• Analyze Failure transaction from B2B and work with IT to implement short-term and long-term solutions.

• Drive Production Order & Purchase Order close exceptions;

• Inbound receipts (Not transacted in ERP) PO report, Outbound Shipments (SNI & INS) Shipped not invoiced & Invoiced not shipped;

• Drive Disposition for Non-Moving Inventory & RMA material.

• Drive regularly MRB(Material Review Board) meeting disposition.

• Drive E & O (Excess& Obsolete) Material.

• Perform audits with SanDisk internal &/or external auditors relate to inventory issues.

• Support Quarterly/Month End Revenue recognition cut-off activities.

Requirements –

• Require BS/BA degree or equivalent with 3 or more years of relevant experience.

• Familiar with captive factory processes, e.g. Sales, Planning, Manufacture, Purchase, Warehouse. etc.

• Ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, Self-motivated and self-directed.

• Proved desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.

• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadline.

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to document requirements and specifications.

• Strong data analysis ability; familiar with office applications and proficient in MS Excel or other BI tools a bonus.

• Sounded MRP knowledge and SAP skills.
