1.Source and negotiate for raw material and packaging material in local and other cities scope according to existing and new product requirement;

根据现有和新产品需求在当地和外地寻找合适的供应渠道并进行供货谈判；

2.Implement supplier management by qualification assessment, onsite audit, performance evaluation and so on;

从资格评估、现场审计、绩效评估等角度实施供应商管理；

3.Make purchasing plan to the responsible purchasing material, draft the purchasing order and apply to Supervisor and Headquarter for review;

对负责的采购产品制订采购计划，拟订采购合同，报主管与总部核准；

4.Place Purchase Order to the suppliers and follow up the progress and delivery time; coordinate to solve any quality and quantity issue regarding with the purchasing order;

向供应商确认订单，跟踪订单生产进度及交货期，对到货数量与使用中质量出现的相关问题进行协调处理；

5.Apply the payment to suppliers according to the purchasing order, manage the relevant bill and invoice for assigned materials;

负责所采购产品的票据管理及按照合同规定进行付款；

6.Coordinate the negotiation of the price adjustment with suppliers based on the variation of market ;

根据物料价格市场行情的变化，与供应商协调进行价格调整。

7. Complete the other mission from the leader on time, comply with the working arrangement;

完成公司领导交付的其他工作，服从工作安排，按时完成工作。

任职要求:

1.具有外语或农业及类似专业大学专科及以上学历。Have foreign language or agriculture major or similar major in community college or above.

2.具有两年以上采购工作经验（最好大宗豆类原材料专业的）。Having at least two years purchasing experience (preferably specialized in bulk pulse raw materials).

3.具有与供应商强势沟通与谈判的能力。Having strong communication and negotiation ability with supplier.

4.熟悉用友/金蝶系统优先。Knowledge of Yonyou or Kingdee system is preferred

5.熟练使用办公软件。Proficient in MS office, excel/word/PPT.

6.具有良好的英文交流读写翻译能力。Have a good level of communication and translation in English.

7.具有很强的团队合作精神和快速响应思维。Have strong team working spirit and quick response thinking.

8.积极进取，责任心强、能够坚守职业道德。Proactive, initiative, a strong sense of responsibility and able to abide by professional ethics.

9.可以承受高强度的工作压力。Able to work under a high strength pressure.

10. 愿意出差。Willing to travel for business.
