Job Description:

• Provide support in all areas related to fabric & sample development.

• Acts as a liaison between design and factories to ensure smooth process for all product development steps
• Collaborates with design team to ensure details and styling aesthetic is achieved as desired by Merchandiser-Design team
• Work with each factory's/ Agent's merchandiser team in China to ensure all samples are photographed and images are sent with detailed packing lists
• Review line sheet to make sure all styles have correct sketch and material/color options.
• Closely follow up with each supplier on every step of the development process from start to finish. And communicate promptly with Canada/ USA team on all details.
• Push factories to meet deadlines, and quality standards as outlined on each style to be developed

• Assist on scheduling meetings for the Design/Merchandiser teams when necessary. And Attend those meetings when requested.
