Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone and email enquiries.
  • Cover reception duties, like greeting and looking after visitors.
  • Make travel arrangements for staff.
  • Preparation of quotations and/or the processing of orders.
  • Handling import orders and shipments.
  • Monitoring the interim results and schedule tracking
  • Processing of all operations from the merchandise planning and control system.
  • Disposition of procurement and production orders as well as coordinating service assignments.
  • Cooperation with our other branches, especially in Germany.
  • Support of the executive management

Professional Qualification Requirements

  • Commercial and business administration training and appropriate professional experience.
  • Professional dealing with computer applications such as MS-Office; possess very good skills in a standard ERP- system would be desirable.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Command of the German language would be desirable.
  • Attention to details and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Very good communication skills at all levels of the company and with suppliers and international partners.
  • Analytical, methodical working style.
  • Open-mindedness regarding new developments and new technologies.
  • High degree of professional integrity.
  • Technical competence, team orientation, flexibility and commitment.
