Job Description
Main responsibilities:

Your to do-list includes:
  • Take full responsibility from the time an order is received from the quotation team to the order having been shipped to secure the on time delivery
  • Follow up the order by using the Order Follow-up System and use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status
  • Work actively with internal Quality team (QA, Technician, QC) and suppliers to conduct the risk assessment of fabric and samples
  • Create a good dialogue with Buyers and Assistants in the Buying Office/Global Purchasing
  • Understand supplier capability in terms of price, quality, capacity and lead time

Requirements:

we believe you are a business minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your personal qualities also include:

  • Solid working experience to handle garments orders independently
  • Garment-related degree or diploma is preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, Excellent written and spoken English
