Operating across our global business beer unit we have a newly created Zone Quality position awaiting the right candidate. As our craft beer business unit expands we need to continue to ensure the highest quality beer reaches our consumers. This role will be reporting to Supply Director - APAC North.

Zone – Asia Pacific North: China, South Korea, Japan & Hong Kong (20% business travel)

Role
Based in our Brewing Hub Wuhan, China you will develop, implement and execute new quality systems and procedures from local produced brands to our imported brands. Working together with our breweries, brewers and global and logistics team to ensure the highest quality beer is in our market. Also lead a sensory evaluation program with taste training for our internal staff and local consumers.

Duties ？

• Oversee all aspects of Quality and implement procedures and process -

o Beer Quality of finished products

o Logistics Quality cold chain storage policies and audits

o Consumer facing questions and complaints with trackers and procedures

o Field and Draught Quality policies and audit o Insights and Sensory Quality ？

• Work closely with the craft brewery quality manager, logistics director, Packaging manager, Brew Pub Head Brewers and global quality manager to develop and lead all aspects of beer quality and process ？
• Lead the communication and resolution of all Zx Brands and quality status to our global and leadership teams
• Actively lead the team towards company KPI’s and high engagement levels ？
• Demonstrate our 10 culture principles and core values

Requirements ？

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Brewing related technical field or equivalent ？
• At least 2 years of experience in brewing or quality laboratory ？
• At least 1 of experience in a leadership/managerial role
