Position goals

1、 To conduct client schools’ performance analysis

2、 To provide professional support to branches and national team

3、To communicate with clients and onshore team

4、 To facilitate branches to achieve performance target

5、 To enhance the performance for specific university as an IDP based university representative

6、 To improve the visa approval rate for the specific university

7、 To develop training and sales tools for the specific university

Key Responsibilities

1、 Assist to conduct client school performance analysis every month

2、 Provide institution performance analysis based on request

3、 Enhance the relationships between IDP and the partner university by daily coordination and communication.

4、 Improve application and enrollment performance for the partner university, also improve the visa approval rate under SSVF

5、 Assist to design and execute specific university counseling and marketing tool

6、 Support the counseling training & development with effective knowledge sharing

7、 Provide monthly report as well as post event report to partner university

8、 Conduct survey and research initiatively to better understand the market and competitor.

9、 Work with local and online marketing team in all kinds of campaigns including but not limited to educational events and online campaigns. As a key stakeholder to provide counseling team with clearly articulated product selling points

Key Relationships within the organization

1、 IDP China Senior Marketing Manager and Client Relations Supervisor: Client Relations Officer, Australia University Representative, will work with Senior Marketing Manager and Client Relations Supervisor, to achieve performance goal.

2、 Australia University: Client Relations Officer, Australia University Representative will communicate with university regularly to better understand university strategy and better deliver result.

3、 IDP China AUS Counseling team: Client Relations Officer, Australia University Representative will coordinate with Counselors for university related issue, training and project needs.

4、 IDP China central and local marketing team: Client Relations Officer, Australia University Representative will work with central and local marketing team for product daily promotion and specific campaign.

Expected Qualifications

1、 A minimum of 1 year working experience in education related industry;

2、 Experiences in research and reporting;

3、 Basic understanding of education system in Australia;

4、 University graduate is required with good command of English (Spoken and reading);

5、 Hardworking, highly self-motivated and possess good skills in presentation, focus on details;

6、 Experience of studying and living in Australia is a plus
