Job content and requirements:
Job responsibilities:
1. Take charge of basic training/advanced training/teaching and related training administration of marketing staff for continuing education;
2. Take charge of management, selection and training of honorable lecturers to enhance the skills of trainers.
3. Be responsible for training assessment and feedback, communicate with the organization leader and chief trainer for problems found in the assessment, and perform rectification in a timely manner to improve the quality of training;
4. Maintain and enter training related information;
5. Take charge of file management of the department;
6. Assist the Master Trainer in completing other training programs at the headquarters or region;
7. Report violations or potential risks identified during the work and propose corrections or improvements in a timely manner;
8. Assist the Audit Department to complete the audit related work and complete the rectification work according to the audit report;
9. Cooperate with departments of the headquarters to complete various projects and work;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

11. Comply with the rules and regulations established by the regulator;
12. Comply with the rules and regulations established by the company;
13. Comply with the business operations process established by the company or its department;
14. Act in compliance with national laws, corporate ethics codes and regulations of the compliance department;

Job requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Education
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 3 years of insurance experience;
3. Skillful at time management;
4. Ability to work under pressure;
5. Skilled in using Office and proficient in PPT and Excel;
6. Meet the job requirements and assessment indicators set by the company for this post;
7. Meet the requirements of job description.
