1.有幼儿英语教育工作经验Need to have experence for teaching kids. Or working in a kindergarden.

2.配合班级教师做好英语教学工作，制定学期教学计划.need to prepare for teaching. and have teach plan.

3.母语是英语Better be an English native speaker.

4.参与幼儿园班级一日流程活动。照顾孩子，做游戏和讲故事等。Need to take care of the kids with chinese teachers . play games , read books , and tell stories.
