• Based on sales forecasts from local and overseas markets, develop weekly production schedule and monitor plan attainment to ensure on-time supply in the receiving market
• Lead long term rough cut capacity analysis on a monthly drumbeat to ensure machine capacity/manpower/material availability and own the monthly RCCP reporting forum with key stakeholders and LT members
• Connect with key local/regional/global planning colleagues to optimize supply plans, manage risks and drive customer service excellence
• Maintain direct accountability for decision making activities to balance cost/cash/service priorities
• Manage master data creation/maintenance and issue production orders to workshop as routine planning role
• Shape inventory profile & performance (value/DOS), continuously identify inventory reduction opportunities and drive efficiency outcomes to optimize free cashflow for the business
• Connect and indirectly manage various cross-functionals teams from operational partners through to key commercial stakeholders to deliver on key NPI/NPD and strategic SC projects
• Lead and develop a high performing planning team for the SJJ site
• Design and implement the S&OP and demand planning process for a newly formed commercial model to establish fit-for-purpose business solution

资历

• Minimum 4+ years working experience in supply/demand/manufacturing planning or related supply chain function
• Proficient in SAP planning suites (ECC, APO, BW)
• Strong technical skillset such as excel and data analytics
• Experience working cross-functionally and with varied levels of organization
• Ideal but not required to have some degree of people management experience
• Strong command of English both in written and oral
• Appreciation of diversity and inclusion
