1.Balance the difference between products output and shipments demand.

2. Prepare related documents for shipping，inform warehouse matters need attention. Solve problems in the delivery process.

3. Know about receiving process and requirement of customer, Solve problems in the receiving process.

4. Know about reconciliation and invoice requirement, assist FI department to solve the invoice issuing problems.

1) Make FI reconciliation with the consignment stock every month.

5. Check the consignment stock's daily report and solve all kinds of problems. Making stock taking regularly

1) Maksure warehouse database accuracy (13 transfer-warehouses)

2) Controlling inventory management

6.Making relative database integrity and accuracy

1) Complete relative database reports

2) Makesure put relative data in SAP on time and accuracy (eg.customer order, monthly plan of project)

3) Makesure accuracy about invoices from custoners

7. Create and maintain the master data of customer, packing material, consignment stock in the sap.
