Assist the Business Generation Manager in establish the internal bidding and documentation system, responsible for managing the bidding documents and China collaterals and grow the China portfolio to help driving growth and profitability in the organisation.
1 Roles & Responsibilities:
1.1 Bidding Support & Management:
(1)Overall manage the bidding process and all the bidding documents; Coordinate relevant departments to establish the structure and contents, final check the documents;
(2)Maintain and management the bidding document, identify and share the best bids/practise;
1.2 China Collateral Management(1)Company Collateral (capability statements / case studies / CVs WeChat official account operation Internal
(2)Internal publications: Internal website articles / videos
1.3 Marketing & Communications(1)T&T China WeChat official account operation;
(2)Company B2B events organise and coordinate;
(3)Industrial seminar/event information research;
(4)CSR representative of Shanghai to organise monthly CSR events;
(5)Support the development of a marketing activity plan that builds the Turner & Townsend brand in China, considering industry trends and clients The individual will be responsible for the timely and high quality execution of Marketing programs and activities for Turner & Townsend’ marketing strategy
Selected list of actions as daily base work scope:
(1)Start with the China portfolio consolidate (China Case studies, Capability Statements, CVs etc. general portfolios in English, Chinese and bilingual version;
(2)Monthly base refresh all the portfolios including Case studies, Capability Statements, CVs, company introduction presentation
(3)Create, plan, and execute content for T&T WeChat official account;
(4)Create, plan, and execute content for T&T China web
(5)External social media channel post as articles/videos for T&T;
(6)Work with the designers of China T&T brochure and introduction videos;
(7)Produce or work with the designers videos for China significant projects or some remarkable events;
(8)Assist with Business Generation Manager to organise the B2B event, coordinate with partners Marketing
(9)Representatives for all the preparations and attendees;
(10)Make the plan for whole year marketing plans internal and external actions;
(11)Ensure that all Marketing & Communications activities are designed to support the strategic needs of Turner & Townsend Be the local Turner & Townsend "brand guardian" ensuring knowledge of all brand policies and practices
(12)Support business generation manager in the creation and collation of key business generation and marketing reports for senior management
2 Requirements:
(1)Academic: University degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent Work experience
(2)3+ years of working experience after graduation from University;
(3)Possess excellent English and Chinese writing and communications abilities
(4)Marketing programs management experience, including email, website marketing, social media, publications, events, community and content marketing A keen sense for unearthing and structuring internal case studies and stories into industry insights and articles that will resonate outside the construction industry .
(5)Better with the WeChat official account operation experience;
(6)Skilled using Office Software, Photoshop, video editing.
