Responsibility：

• Support in the resourcing and delivery the Music Curriculum.

• When directed to by the Expat teacher, work with small groups of students; facilitate small group discussion/exercises.

• Tutor small group instrument and/or vocal lessons as part of Band, String, and/or co-curricular programs using material designed and planned by the Expat teacher and assist in the preparation of instructional resources;

• Follow the lead of the Expat teacher;

• Differentiate classroom instruction to meet student’s individual learning needs and styles.

• Demonstrate open communication based onunderstanding and respect.

• Develop and maintain clear lines of communication with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.

• Assist with translations in parent communication for mother-tongue Chinese students, bilingual displays and field trips and act as a community liaison;

Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor or higher degree in music or related field.

2. Exceptional English skills.

3. Responsible, committed, ethical.

4. Self-Starter.

5. Proactive.

6. Willing to learn.

7. Hard-working.
