Responsibility:
Review tender documents with legal related comments and prepare biz bidding documents
Prepare contract draft related business documents and contract administration
Internal processing housekeeping based on daily business needs
Work on compliance and legal related checking and report for risk control
Maintain customers database
Plan, organize and follow up internal compliance and business related training for knowhow sharing
Work closely with legal, Accounting and Taxation and other related departments for projects
Other projects and work assigned
Requirements:
University Degree, majored in law or English is preferred
3 years work experience in contract administration related work with an international company
Great in English both in speaking and writing
Self motivated and detail focus, a great team player and taking responsibility with good sense of ownership mind
