岗位职责：

？ 在系统中录入有关现金/银行存款的凭证（除了与供应商有关的），确保资金的实际余额与ERP系统及银行存款一致。

Register voucher about cash and bank in AX (except voucher related with supplier), ensure the same balance between reality and ERP.

？ 外债的有关业务，包括外债备案，使用及销户，相关银行账户的开立及关闭。

Overall operation of foreign loan, including register, consumption and closing, open or close relative bank account.

？ 所有与客户有关的业务操作，包括国内国外发票的购买/开具/退票/邮寄/红字证明，收款的处理，及时在系统中录入相关发票信息及其凭证，与销售部门就相关问题的沟通回复，佣金的支付及相关凭证录入，每月初与关联公司就应收款余额对账，外管局监测系统中延期收汇备案等相关事宜。

Overall operation about customers, including VAT/export invoice buying/issue/express/credit note, deal with payment receivable, register relative information of invoice and voucher in AX, communicate with sales Dpt about relative issue, commission, balance check with intercompany, register deferred payment procedure in SAFE system.

？ 所有出口退税相关事宜，包括出口报关异常情况下的特殊处理，与SCM部门I&E同事沟通，相关退税资料的整理装订。

Overall operation of tax refund, including special operate of un-normal situation, communicate with I&E colleague of SCM Dpt, clean up and bind of relative documents of tax refund.

？ 确保每月底税务系统中的销售额，销项税额与AX一致。

Ensure monthly turnover and VAT on sales same as AX balance.

？ 银行付汇工作及相关资料的准备与整理装订。

Deal with foreign currency payment and bind relative documents.

？ 每周的周报表除供应商部分的数据更新。

Update weekly report except data of supplier.

？ 其他事宜。

任职资格：

？ 财务相关专业大专以上学历，持会计上岗证

College, major in accounting with accounting certificate and qualification;

？ 三年以上外企财务工作经验，熟悉财务相关工作内容与工作流程；

Above 3 years working experience as accounting at foreign enterprise, familiar all the procedure for related accounting job;

？ 熟悉国家税收政策，熟练掌握财务管理、会计核算相关知识与技能，有独立做帐经验，能够熟练处理出口退税业务；

Familiar with the tax regulations, accounting law and Excel skills, handle all procedure of tax refund.

？ 熟练使用财务软件，具有良好的沟通和协调能力；

Familiar with ERP software, good skill on communication and coordination;

？ 良好的英语读写能力；

Good English on writing, reading and speaking.
