Job Summary / Position Purpose (The main objectives of the function)

• The HVAC Engineer is responsible for HVAC Fighting maintenance execution and route

cause analysis for further improvement and promotes continuous optimization of the

maintenance quality.

• The HVAC Engineer will contribute and support the assistant manger (CM Coordination) to

supervise safety activity of the maintenance contractors and provide expertise to CMC

regarding HVAC maintenance.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist ordering party in subcontracting work to HVAC&FF contractors.

• Checking, verification and constant update of HVAC&FF documentation.

• Survey and inspection of quality and performance of HVAC&FF contractors.

• Analysis of adherence of execution to contractual procedures and requirements.

• Coordination of schedules and safety issues across BISS with regard to HVAC&FF

contractors

• Checks on executed work and consumed material VS. work order requirement and invoices.

• Technical support for HVAC trouble shooting.

Education, Qualifications and Skills

(e.g. education background, professional experience, project experience, leadership

experience, special training/skills, etc)

• Education:

Bachelor degree required. Preference will be given to candidates with technical

degrees in HVAC engineering related fields.

• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar position and similar dimension of

responsibility with fundamental experience at construction or maintenance field.

• Special skills: Good computer skills such as Word processing, Excel spreadsheets, Access

database are required. SAP simple operation is better.

• Special Instructions: Reasonable English communications skills preferred.

• Must be self motivated and capable of identifying and solving problems as well as follow

procedures.
