1. Biosimilar segment strategy and support

• Develop segment strategy and marketing activities plan

• Support sales team on the customer engagement and collaterals

• Understand market dynamics and trends

2. Product management

• Manage product life cycle, esp. for newly launched product (SAIS, HFB, etc.)

• Provide product training internally and externally

• Work closely with cross functional teams, e.g., supply chain, finance, HEOR, etc.

3. New product planning project

• Work as core team member within the project team

• Involve in concept development and execution of the market research

• Provide market/customer insights and coordinate BU internal knowledge

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）

1. Bachelor or Master degree, good education background

2. Consulting or corporate strategic planning background and high efficiency and deliverables quality

3. Relevant experience on operational/strategic marketing is a plus. If not, strong motivation to work as a marketer is a must

4. Proficient in spoken and written English

5. Ability to work independently and team work spirit

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
