Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality patient programs and activities to improve disease awareness, enhance patient treatment experiences with right partner 选择合格的合作方，主持与监督高质量的患者项目以提高疾病意识，治疗经验

Responsible for all patient programs in compliance with all applicable internal and external policies, procedures and regulations. 并确保这些项目符合内外部政策、流程和规定

• Cooperate with both external partners for instance, Charity organization, patients organization and internal stakeholders such as A&P, Marketing, Medical and GMC on CDI negotiation support, and provide services to the patients in the organization联络外部慈善组织、患者组织对患者的支持以及支持内部（政府事务市场准入部、市场部、医学部）在大病医保中的工作
• Accountable for maintaining a strategic relationship with partners and strong customer-centric mindset 建立较强的与客户战略合作伙伴关系及客户第一的观念
• Establish the internal capabilities of Patient Program team and develop all necessary SOPs and governance bodies for the function. 遵守合规要求下，开展患者项目
• Design effective processes and tools to optimize patient program design, piloting, full-scale implementation and daily operation; and further to coach and help NGOs capabilities 拥有有效的流程和工具，优化患者项目的实施以进一步提高NGO的能力
• Advise senior management team on matters related to patient programs, insights and risks derived from such programs. 给高层管理团队提供项目相关建议、洞察、风险等
• Coordinate and strengthen the collaborations between patient program with A&P, marketing brand teams, medical affairs and other teams 协调加强内部各部门合作
