• Daily transportation arrangement, delivery tracing, system input and record(including express).
• 日常运输安排，发货跟踪，系统输入和记录(包括快递)。
• Forwarder、customs agent selection, management, coordination, control and assessment.
• 货代和报关代理选择、管理、协调、控制和评估。
• Freight calculation, confirmation and payment application. Submit monthly report of transportation and customs in time.
• 运费计算、确认及付款申请。及时提交运输和海关月报。
• General management on the activities related with customs clearance of imported RMs an exported FGs.
• 对进口材料和出口成品的清关活动进行全面管理。
• Expense(associated with customs clearance) calculation, confirmation and payment application.
• 费用(与清关相关)计算、确认及付款申请。
• Bonded Customs Book management and balance.
• 保税手册管理与结算。
• Report special transportation and customs clearance.
• 报告特殊的运输和清关。
• Trouble shooting related with transportation and customs clearance.
• 解决运输和清关方面的问题。
• Backup the warehouse officer daily work.
• 协助仓库主管日常工作。

Position Requirements:

职位要求:

• College graduate at least.
• 至少大学毕业。
• At least 3 years experience on the management of customs clearance, registered certificate of customs clearance is essential.
• 3年以上报关管理工作经验，有报关登记证者优先。
• Bonded customs handbook management experience is a must.

• 具备保税海关手册管理经验。

• English reading and written capability (CET band 4);
• 英语读写能力(CET四级)。
• Good computer skill, proficient to use Word, Excel and Powerpoint software.
• 良好的计算机技能，熟练使用Word、Excel和Powerpoint软件。
• Experience on transportation and forwarder management is preferred.

• 有运输和货代管理经验者优先。
