1. New Fabric mill / Vendor evaluation for eastern region - China / Cambodia / Myanmar / Vietnam / Indonesia.

2. Support new vendor onboarding process by giving PLM training for vendors based out of China.

3. Working with fabric mills and garment vendors for product development based on seasonal trends received from buying team or design inputs from vendors being shared to buying team.

4. Coordinate between buying team and China based vendors on timely submission & approval of labdip, desk loom, print strike off, trims, bulk fabric, fit sample, PP samples, TOP samples, E-commerce samples, Test reports, final inspection and shipment.

5. Sending weekly TNA update to buying team on the status of confirmed orders.

6. Coordinate with QC team for arranging final inspection.

7. Travel along with buyers to meet the China vendors for sample selection, costing, order closure for every season.

8. Support vendors in sourcing of RFID from nominated supplier & Mega DC guidelines.

9. Support Max Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Lifestyle & Spar India teams sourcing fabric/products from China.
