1.Research and develop electromechanical components or modules (sensors and actuators, e.g. conductivity module, flow rate module, ultrasonic module, motor, pump, solenoid valve) for HD Machine products.

2.Perform in the whole development process including concept, design specifications, design evaluation, design reviews, test method design, inspection methods, design transfer and OEM coordination.

3.Provide/select technical solution for component design. Independently or together with ME and EE, make electronic and mechanical design based on system requirements and relevant standards (e.g. IEC60601), including structure, schematic design and PCB layout design, 3D model, 2D drawing, bills of materials, testing, manufacturing processes, debugging and improvement.

4.Support component outsourcing and customization.

5.Leverage new technologies, new materials and new manufacture process in design.

6.Plan and perform relevant engineering test required for products and instrumentation, based on internal testing requirements, and current compliance and standards.

7.Create professional design document according to the Company design control process.

8.Maintain awareness of current technological developments and accepted industry standards.

9.Create the component development environment (tools and devices) in China design center.

10.Communicating with other function teams, such as product center, Headquarter engineering team, purchasing, production, other PEC engineering team etc.
