Responsibilities:
PDF/PPT version sales report
Monthly provide Sales Analysis Reports for national, each region, each city, each province, each area manager, each dealer group and each dealer before 10th of each month. And these reports are requested to be separated in both PDF & PPT version. The quantity of reports in every month is based on the quantity of dealers /cities /groups /AMs/provinces in each month.
All reports should be bilingual, grouped according to “region- area managers- dealers”, “dealer group-dealers” and “province- city- dealers” and filed on a shared network, and then customer could download at any time
Monthly provided sales funnel report PDF version to each dealer CRM Manager, Sales Manager and GM by email before 10th of each month
One report should include 4 types, EN & CN version both in PPT and PDF
Excel Version Sales Report
Monthly provide Sales Funnel Data Report in e.g. dealer/group/city/AM/province/national versions, and weekly provide national versions.
Ad-hoc analysis reports according to real time demands (e.g.: combined data report for two dealers or two cities). The report template or data coverage will be defined specifically.
Regular monthly reports should be delivered before 5th of each month, regular weekly report should be delivered every Monday. Ad-hoc reports deliver schedule should follow real time demands.
To support above all reports generation, supplier need on-site download the related data, such as raw data of sales funnel report, leads volume, test drive records, dealer outlet, area managers information, dealer contact list, sales target, etc. (Reporting template as attached below), and then upload in the developed system for report generation.
Additionally we need a flexibility of 5% of the total report volume which needs to be delivered according to business requests in real-time on top.
Even though the sales KPI report is mainly support by automation system, there are still some manual work to be done:
System Testing, preparation
All the supplied raw data needs check& manual process
Sales target consolidation
Demo car
Outlet consolidation, AM list, email list, BDC/SFM time sheet
Report generation (pack, checking, sending)
Qualifications:
At least 2 years relevant work experience
Bachelor degree or above
Proficient in data mining, very good statistics knowledge, familiar with data structure
Collaborative mind to work with
Excellent at English and Mandarin is preferred
