Job Description

Overview of job
With the focus of attention on transparency, accountability and Brand Safety, you will be responsible for applying global tracking and BAV standards in China and ensuring consistent internal and external communication around the subject.


Reporting of the role

This role reports to the head of digital and data.

Measures of success

In three months:

  • Developed deep understanding of Mindshare and our client, especially the digital campaign processes of our client
  • Familiarized yourself with the key issues surrounding BAV (Brand Safety, Anti-Fraud and Viewability)
  • Familiarized yourself with company processes and workflows and policy

In six months:

  • Managed the implementation of campaign verification tracking
  • Deeply understood the methodology of major tracking vendor and learned to read the implications from tacking results
  • Be familiar with the tracking system operation

In 12 months:

  • Managed to finish the routine tracking report
  • Exported the data and reporting according to the requirement from client, publisher and internal team
  • Well knew how to evaluate the performance of the publishers and carry out the guidelines

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Being the bridge between client, publishers, and tracking vendors by independently providing the report and solving the problems
  • Monitor campaign tagging status and supervise publishers’ implementation on traffic optimization
  • Inner communicate with planners based on aligned budget optimization guideline
  • Involve in compensation negotiations

What you will need:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in advertising or digital marketing (experience in digital tracking is preferred)
  • Proactive, Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented
  • Open-minded, self-motivated and fast learner
  • Good communication and coordination skill
  • Working in a smart and efficient way with good time management skill
  • Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of English
