职位要求：

1.教育：化工相关，学士或者以上

2.工作经验： 至少2年以上火车用涂料（溶剂型或水性）开发经验， 最好有现场服务经验

3.良好的沟通能力， 有全球项目开发经验的优先

4.对火车用涂料技术有相当的了解

5.熟悉涂料相关检测设备

6.熟悉涂料的生产工艺， 同时了解相关质量的控制标准

7.技术和专业知识：对于涂料技术有良好的判断，专业的展示技能 ， 优秀的问题解决处理能力， 会办公相关软件的应用， 良好的英文读写能力
