Job Accountabilities:

1、Manage some raw material categories including category strategy, supplier strategy to align with BU strategy;

2、Initiate and support cost saving projects with cross functions(R&D for example) to deliver strong value chain improvement to business;

3、Initiate or support sourcing related projects like SKU consolidation, formula transformation, new product development;

4、Deal with serious shortage, quality problem with suppliers;

5、Improve cash flow with payment term extension and consignment;

6、Capture innovation to keep leading position with key suppliers or forum;

7、Cross region communication and support;

8、Provide data analytical and system support to the team and supervisor;

9、Assist Certification qualification like 3C, ISO.

Position Requirements:

1、Bachelor or above degree;

2、Four years or above Chemical related Sourcing or Technical working experience, petrochemical background is preferred;

3、Fluent in English Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing;

4、Strong Microsoft office / analytical skills;

5、Strong communication skills.
