Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities 岗位职责

  • Design and implement sales strategies to ensure the company meets its revenue objectives by growing new and existing accounts.

  • Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about cell products and offer unique perspectives on their need which link back to iCELL’s product solutions.

  • Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges.

  • Research prospective customers to identify the right stakeholders to sell to.

  • Follow up on new leads and referrals generated by Inside Sales or through marketing activities.

  • Prepare price quotations, discounts and custom requests to serve the customers’ needs and increase iCELL’s sales volume and deal size.

  • Attend scientific conferences, trade shows and seminars as required.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.

  • Liaise and troubleshoot with Customer Support staff regarding difficult customer queries.

  • Update all communications and customer interactions in CRM and use customer intelligence for account planning purposes.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging that pointedly addresses the current customer landscape.

  • Provide feedback from the field to Sales Director about market dynamics, product performance, competition and market potential.

  • 根据需要参加学术会议,贸易展览和研讨会。

  • 提供卓越的客户服务和技术支持。

  • 就客户的问题与客户服务人员进行联络共同解决问题。

  • 通过客户管理系统与客户进行跟踪,并整理客户信息。

  • 与市场部协作,有针对性地解决当前的客户所遇到的问题和需求。

  • 向销售总监汇报,提供有关市场动态,产品,竞争和市场潜力的反馈。

Qualifications

  • Education – Bachelor degree is required. BSc, MSc, MBA or PhD in Stem Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Medicine or an allied science is preferred

  • Excellent Communication - Tailors communication to the customer’s needs with confidence; effectively delivers presentations and has strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Language – Basic proficiency in English is required

  • Experience – Minimum 1 year of working experience in life science company is required, sales experience is preferred

  • Strategic Thinking - Systematically solves problems and considers possible customer pain points, expectations, and needs; regularly brainstorms with team members to come up with solutions to solve complex challenges.

  • Interpersonal Influence - Uses rational and emotional drivers to resonate with customers to comfortably drive negotiation conversations.

  • Ownership - Goes above and beyond to complete a job and has a relentless drive to achieve results; is independent and self-directed, and takes initiative with minimal direction or supervision.

  • Workflow Management - Sets clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives that align to business growth.

  • Valid drivers license is preferred.


  • 本科及以上学历;干细胞生物学,免疫学,分子生物学,医学或相关科学的学士,理学硕士,工商管理硕士或博士学位优先考虑

  • 沟通能力 - 自信的沟通能力;有效地提供产品演示,并具有强大的口头和书面沟通技巧。

  • 语言要求 - 需要基本的英语水平

  • 经验要求 - 至少需要1年的生命科学领域公司工作经验,具有销售经验优先考虑

  • 战略思考 - 系统地解决问题并考虑可能的客户痛点,期望和需求;定期与团队成员进行头脑风暴,提出解决复杂挑战的解决方案。

  • 人际影响 - 利用理性和情感驱动力与客户产生共鸣,从而轻松推动谈判对话。

  • 自主管理 – 能有有效的独立完成工作,并不断努力取得成果;能在最小的方向或监督下主动完成分配工作。

  • 流程管理 - 设置符合业务增长的清晰,现实和有时限的目标。

  • 如有驾照者优先考虑。
