岗位职责：

1、对进行客户背景挖掘，为客户量身定制商科硕士的申请策略以及时间规划
Explore client background, develop application strategies for clients applying to business master programs in US

2、根据客户的需求选择合适的申请项目
Select schools and programs for clients

3、指导客户整个申请进程，负责整体文书和流程管控
Guide clients through application process, and control overall essays and applications

4、主动联络客户，有效沟通，解决客户的问题，并认真做好相关记录，维护客户关系和满意度
proactively communicate with clients and solve the problems, and manage clients relationships and satisfaction rate

5、收集研究学校的相关项目的资料，通过建立知识网络来帮助客户进行全面申请
Conduct research to schools, programs, companies, and industries; build comprehensive knowledge base to assist client with graduate application

6、培训服务团队并进行人员管理
Team management and provide trainings upon application and career to the team

职位要求：

1、本科以上学历，海归背景，金融、会计、经济等商科相关专业优先

Business bachelor degree required, overseas degree, Finance, Accounting, Economics and related majors preferred

2、3年以上留学咨询行业或相关工作经验，对教育行业有强烈兴趣
3+ years related working experiences in education consulting and passionate about education

3、出色的沟通能力和强烈的服务意识，有同理心，善于维护客户关系
Excellent communication skills, empathetic, ability to maintain excellent client relationship

4、具有很强的解决问题能力，时间管理能力，研究分析能力
Strong problem solving skill, time management skills, organizational skills, research and analytical skills and ability to multi-task.
