Responsibility

? Lead the analysis of research and clinical next-generation-sequencing (NGS) data;

? Lead the evaluation and optimization of bioinformatics methods, tools and workflows;

? Lead the implementation of production automation systems;

Desired Skills and Experience

? PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics or a related field; or Master degree with at least two-year genomics working experience;

? At least 2-year in-depth knowledge of NGS experiments, data and analysis workflows;

? Have good sense about how to make industry level product;

? Familiar with Unix/Linux system and shell programming; working experience with computing cluster or cloud computing is a plus;

? Mastering at least one programing languages: Python, Perl, R, C++, Java;

? Familiar with version control tools, such as Git;

? Proficient technical/scientific English writing skills; fluent verbal ability;

? Proven capability of creative thinking and clear logic; strong problem-solving skills;

? Good communication skills and team work spirits;

? Skill at management and leadership;
