• Responsible for purchasing and sampling electronical, mechanical, metals, plastic materials and toollings；

• Coordinate to solve leadtime and quality problems during R&D and production, make sure the ontime availability of materials for during R&D and production；

• Responsible for developing, auditting and maintaing vendors. Can contact, investigate and judge vendors ability of supply. Cooridnate with quality team and R&D to assess andapprove the quality system status(capacity, equipment, leadtime etc.)

• Responsible for assessing price, capacity, quality and leadtime of current vendors, optimize the purchase channel to make sure we own the high grade supply chain in long term.

• 5Responsible for following changed and quality status in the raw materials market, take necessary skills to reduce the purchase cost. Optimize the purchase stratage by fully using compay resources, to get the best material price, improve product quality and reduce purchase cost.

• 6Follow up the latest crafts,technologies and products , recommend to R&D to test and approve. Control the components life cycle and approve for substitute on time to avoid break off and passive effect of supply.

• 7Be professinally sensative and perspective about market statu. Do market research and vendors assessments timely. Expand the supply channedl and introduce superior vendors timely.

• 8Operate purchase process per company regulations, and do other tasks from higher level.

  Requirements：
  1、Bechalor, electronics or related；

• 2、Familiar with purchase proces, know the relative national laws about puchase；

  3、Familiar with market environment of power supply electronics components, background of hardware is in priority；

  4、Relationship with verdors of good cost performance is in priority；

  5 、Be good at management, communication, coordination and analyzing；

  6、Be good at negotiation, with abundant experience of developing and asseessing vendors；

  7、Above 5 years experience in the same industry, and the experience of developing purchase resources in power supply industry is in priority.
