Position : HR Executive - Recruitment
Workforce: Enterprise
Skill Track: Human Resources
Job Summary:
HR Executive will play as BP role for internal delivery team. She/He will provide integrated HR services to appropriate groups ensuring that people-related issues are managed effectively.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities, responsible for whole recruitment process.
- Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy
- Responsible for contract management and post offer management-work within HR team closely
- Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
- Provide external marketplace information to HR Lead
- Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions
- Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team
- Follow up internal HR related process & procedure in daily operation.
- Solid understanding of company policies, processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with about 3 years' recruitment expereince in IT related industry
- Solid understanding of the company's position in the market place
- Solid understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and organization, systems and tools screening and assessing interviewing skills
- Understanding of recruiting performance measurement and target metrics
- Strong understanding of and skills in pipeline management and yield analysis
- Solid understanding of the external marketplace and industry trends
- Analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skill.
