1. Responsible for CIP(Continuous Improvement Process) implementation;

2. Launch automation transformation, improve production efficiency, improve equipment energy conservation, reduce energy costs, improve equipment sector performance, and continuously improve;

3. Responsible for the achievement of the safety goals of the maintenance team, responsible for daily safety management of maintenance employees;

4. Responsible for formulating and updating preventative maintenance plans based on equipment maintenance requirements and down rates to ensure that equipment OEE achieves KPI;

5. Manages building repairs and alterations while assuring the continuous maintenance of equipment.

6. Oversees construction and repair projects for alternations or modification

7. Manages grounds maintenance, and janitorial services. Arranges for the procurement of outside contractors to carry out these or other specific maintenance and repair assignments.

8. Evaluates and analyses machine downtime in order to adjust maintenance programs to ensure conformance with maximization of production capacity.

9. Manages production and/or distribution of steam, power, gas, and other utilities，manage Special Equipment.

10. Establishes and maintains maintenance standards. Prepares maintenance programs for long-range economics.

11. Reviews public utility contracts before their execution.

12. Collaborates with other departments on problems concerning facilities.

13. Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling.

14. Has supervisory responsibility involving staffing, conducting performance appraisals, training and developing subordinates, promotions, salary increases, terminations, disciplinary actions, etc.

15. Project management.

16.Communication with foreign expert on equipment technical exchange.

17.Carries out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
